Privacy Policy
BCWoodGuy Handyman Service ("we") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect through bcwoodguy.ca and how we use it, in line with Canada's PIPEDA.
What we collect
- Quote requests: the name, email, phone number, message and photos you send through our form.
- Website statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits and pages viewed. It does not use cookies and does not track you across sites or build a profile of you.
- Spam protection: the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots.
How we use it
We use your quote request only to reply to you and prepare a quote. We do not sell or rent your information. Your request is emailed to us and stored securely for up to 90 days, then deleted automatically.
Photos
Please do not include photos of people or sensitive documents. Photos are used only to assess the job.
Who processes your data
Cloudflare (hosting, storage, analytics, spam protection) and our email provider handle data on our behalf so the site and form work. A video from Vimeo is embedded on the page; Vimeo may set its own cookies when you play it.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Contact us at scott@bcwoodguy.ca or (778) 229-7750.
